Jack Campbell (born January 9, 1992) is an American ice hockey goaltender currently playing with the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds. Campbell was one of the top goaltenders eligible for the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, ranked second among North American goaltenders both in Central Scouting's midterm and final rankings.[1] Campbell was drafted in the first round by the Dallas Stars, 11th overall and was the first goaltender taken in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. He was also drafted 170th overall, by HC Dinamo Minsk, in the 7th round of the 2010 KHL Junior Draft.[2] On November 2, 2011, he was traded from the Windsor Spitfires to the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds for MacKenzie Braid, Patrick Sieloff, a 2012 third round pick, a 2013 second and third round pick, two second round picks in 2014, a second round pick in 2015, and a conditional 15th round pick in 2016.[3]
